Our Califa Pinot Noir program is the synthesis of working with the same vineyard year after year, and is our interpretation of what makes our vineyard so unique and powerful. This bottling comes from the blocks and rows we consider to be our “Premier Cru” sections of the vineyard with phenomenal soils planted to optimal clones. The Califa Pinot Noir truely is a culmination of our passionate dedication to the Pinot Noir vines of Chamisal Estate Vineyard. 

Notes of bing cherries, baking spices, rosewater, and a touch of vanilla on the nose lead to a wine that is plush  and smooth on the palate. Notes of dried strawberries mingle with cedar and some of our signature “Chamisal spice” followed by a long finish and silky tannins.
